Hawaii cities and CDPs do not run their own police forces. Each one is served by the police of its county. Most of the cities below are on Oahu and fall under the Honolulu Police Department. A few are on Maui under Maui Police, and one is on the Big Island served by the Hawaii Police Department. Knowing the right county is the first step in any search for local recent bookings.
